Hello there, We can achieve this by either making an iOS or an Android app. Things that we will need are : 1. Either iOS or Android developer account based on the platform you wish to create the app in or we can create both. 2. We will need an SMS gateway which will send the SMS to the user who entered their mobile number. 3. A server to host the APIs and the Admin Panel. If you want the app on both the platforms then we can create using React Native or we can have native apps also. How to achieve this : 1. Server side : We will have an admin panel where admin (you) can add the business categories. For each category, you can add the iOS appstore and Android google playstore Urls. 2. APIs : We will have the APIs which will transfer the data to the mobile apps. 3. The Apps (iOS or Android or Both) The apps when launched will download the categories and the respective Appstore and Google Playstore Urls using the APIs. This way we can control the data using the admin and app doesn't need to be changed. When the user will enter the mobile number and hit send then we will connect to the SMS gateway and send the SMS to the user. Please let me know if you need more details or any queries.
