Rebuild Flash/amfphp filesystem into html/AJAX

I need an expert in Flash, amfphp, html, css, Ajax & php to rebuild an existing filesystem. It's a complex Flash application that uses amfphp to connect to an existing php/mySQL backend. I added some screenshots so you can see the functionality. I think we can reuse a lot of the current programming by inheriting from existing classes and changing the output from amfphp to JSON. I'd rather not change anything to the existing code... I think that -to be able to successfully complete this project-, you need to have excellent analysing skills of the current situation. There is no written briefing or features request overview, only the current situation. Therefore I need someone with a very large experience in Flash/amfphp.
