Reoccurring/Subscription payment fix for OsDate version 2.7 and 2.65.

Reoccurring/Subscription payment fix for OsDate version 2.7 (new 2016 version) and osDate_v265 You MUST know OsDate, PayPal API and must know about the issue I am referring to with osDate. It is not a difficult task so the payment is not that high but I need this fixed ASAP. I need this delivered in a package with all files to fix the script and a document detailed what was done to fix the problem. ISSUE: I have PayPal payments working now as ONE TIME payments and does update the users membership after PayPal payment but it is NOT setting the payments up as a reoccurring/subscription with PayPal and the system is NOT checking with PayPal to see if the users membership was paid or not for the next time/payment period. You will need to have the ability to test the system via PayPal payments which I will credit back to you immediately. Or I can test it on my end but we will need to test and verify that the reoccurring payments are being made, the system is checking with PayPal to see if payments were made and updating the users membership accordingly to either extend their membership till the next payment date or demoting their membership to the default level for non payment. Its imperative that you know PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, OsDate, PayPal API and Smarty PHP Ill need you to deliver instructions on how to make the fix on all my osdate websites, Ill need to know all the files you updated, added and any MySQL database updates made to make the reoccurring subscription work properly. Right now it only works on as a one-time payment. I need the system to charge on a reoccurring basis and upgrade the users automatically, and/or downgrade them is payment fails on the next occurrence. You must be able to test the website to assure it works 100%. I will test it as well on my end. You will do the updates directly on my server. I will give you ftp access.
