[login to view URL] is a free service that is available to users to compare top cryptocurrency coin mining plans and contracts. The platform generates revenue via referrals. Given the crypto market went dormant after the 2017 peak, the platform has been inactive until now. With recent gains in the market we are starting to observe greater amounts of traffic and it is time we start driving the maintanance and development. We are looking for a developer to work with us in repairing and improving this platform. The website is build on node js. Currently the platform is updated manually every month via a back end control panel. ** THE CURRENT CODE IS NOT COMMENTED. ** Our previous developer did not comment the code and as such the platform code has no documentation. You will need to spend time to learn and understand how it has been coded. Scope: * Complete commenting & documentation of the code in English and as per good coding practices. * Automation of the platform to scrape data from partner cloud mining websites so that manual updating is not required. * Repair of dead links. * Repair of broken API calls. * Repair of broken functionality. We are looking for someone who is: * Proficient in English. * Expert knowledge of Nodejs. Knowledge of Ubuntu is a bonus as our server is hosted on Ubuntu. * Can connect via Skype video conference weekly for checkins. New Zealand time (GMT+13). * Can work to project milestones on a mutually agreed basis. * Communicates quickly when needed. Via WhatsApp/Skype/Email. * Bonus if you have a passion, interest for/or experience with cryptocurrency.
