Scheduling and Account Program Creation

I have a business that provides music lessons in our customers home. I have music teachers that go and teach the lessons in our customers homes. I am looking to create a schedule program that is connected to our customers accounts through some sort of “back end”. As of now we are using a spreadsheets based system and want to do a complete redesign of our database. We use Squarespace platform for our website. To start we would need a scheduling platform that both the teacher and office can access. It would be password protected on the teacher's end. The teacher should only have access to his or her own schedule. The teacher would create their own schedule. The schedule should include the times, days, and cities that they are available and times and days and cities that are not available. The schedules will need to be a searchable database for the office to be able to search to see our teachers availability. For instance: If I have a customer that wants to learn guitar at an intermediate level, lives in the city of Fort Lauderdale, has Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 3:00 and 8:00 available. The office sh ould be able to search this criteria and have just the teachers that fit the specific criteria of the student come up. When the office enters a new student onto the teacher’s schedule they should get an email notifying them of the new student. The office would need to know when they have read this email. The email should include the students name, age, address, instrument, Level, length of lesson, and any notes that accompany the students information. The teachers should get a reminder each morning of their daily schedule. At the end of each lesson the teacher should have a reminder to mark that student taught or not taught and include notes. When they mark the student taught it should charge the customers Credit card on file. If they mark the student not taught then the customer's account should be marked not taught and all notes should be applied to the customers account. THE TEACHER SHOULD HAVE NO ACCESSES TO THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT. They should just be able to mark the student taught or not taught via their schedule and that should be linked via a back end to the customers account. At the end of the work week. The total number of students the teacher taught and the amount we owe the teach should be totaled in a report emailed to the office. Please keep in mind an individual teacher's may be paid different amounts for different students criteria. This is the basics of what we need and how we need it to operate.
