Setup IPFS server

I need to set up an external IPFS server. IPFS access service (Service) is a server running a local IPFS daemon. Service allows configure access, limit storage for desired users. User authentication with Ethereum address and public key signature. Configuration is made manually. Requirements: VPS running Linux and IPFS daemon. 1 TB storage or higher. Cloudflare or another DDOS protection. Service gives HTTP POST API. API includes: “put”, “get” and “delete” functions. Each function call comes with signature. “put” call allows adding new object to the storage. Each new object increments the objects count. New objects are forbidden when object count limit has been met. “get” call allows reading object from the storage. Identical to IPFS get object call. “delete” call allows erasing object from the storage. Marks the object for deletion. Configure file contains limits and access rules for each Ethereum address. Each user has a file with his current counters. User files are named with their Ethereum addresses. Each user action modifies his file. Limits are checked with their files. Configure file has format: [ { address: “0xaddress”, allowed: true, limits: { files: 100 } } ] User file has format: { counters: { files: 50 } }
