Showing country name, adding extra pages at footer

I have chameleon dating script (Impact) installed on my two websites:
[login to view URL] and one more.
The desktop version is Ok, but when you see the site on mobile phones, a few things are missing.
1# It doesn't show the country name of a member on mobile.
2# It doesn't show pages at the footer (like Instructions, Privacy Policy etc).
3# Adsense or any banner ad can be displayed at the bottom only. More "ad blocks" needed. I want to insert ads in the middle of the profile pages too.
4# Cron job setup needs to be done.
5# Indian Payment Gateway needs to be added.
