High Level Requirement : Develop a MySQL + PHP based web front end to solve the following problem ( documented in the following sections of this document) . The pages shall be “user Equipment” responsive. iOS, Android Should have the capability to change the Co-operate id when required. Details of the requirement We have two business units within the organisation 1. Accommodation including food and beverages 2. A surf school a. Where we have all kinds of expenditure and income as described in the category section This means, all entries which does not have a special “Business Unit” flag, are considered as Accommodation. And all entries which are meant for the Surf school will be marked with a special flag “Kite school” So, for the application / data base logic, “kite school” flag is used to differentiate the expenditure / income for the kite school. And any entry which this special flag does not have are automatically falls in to the “Accommodation” business unit.
