I built an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for my machine shop using Airtable, Zapier, On2Air Actions, and other API-friendly apps. Now, I design these types of systems for other companies. I use Airtable as a CRM, for job scheduling, managing workflow and finances, and tracking inventory.
In the past two weeks, I have:
1. Automated the document creation process using Airtable, Zapier, On2Air Actions, and Google Sheets for several types of companies/organizations (including two machine shops, a LinkedIn consultant, a company that creates surveys, an anti-mass incarceration nonprofit and a sewing company).
2. Created automation both with Airtable's native automations and via Zapier.
3. Wrote several scripts with Airtable Scripts
4. Created a Shopify/Airtable automation and set up an Airtable base to track inventory.
5. Created a multistep zap using Kartra, Airtable and Handwritten.
6. Created an Airtable base to track podcast episodes and track downloads.
7. Created a customer portal where customers log in to view the status of their jobs. I used Softr and connected it with Airtable to achieve this.
