IT SPECIALIST/DEVELOPER II

We are looking to create a program/database that will enable us to prepare customized documentation on behalf of our clients. This program/database must interface with our existing wix website so that visitors may be prompted to furnish the required information to fill out the appropriate form(s) for the state in which they will be operating their business. This information (once stored in our database) will be used to fill out the relevant state form. Because each state has different requirements and different forms, the program will coordinate all of the data and forms. We anticipate storing 50 different forms--- one for each U.S. state. Most (if not all of the state forms) will be in fillable pdf format. For those states, if any, that do not use fillable pdf documents, a custom word template will be used instead. We want to create a series of programs (similar to this one) which will enable us to prepare various documents (of a similar nature) on behalf of our clients.
