I have a live drupal site that I can't access anymore, and I would like to clone and convert it to a static web page including all the html, css, javascript, and image files. So I can edit and update my site with different images, and change the text, basically use the website as template. The Job is very simple: 1. Use HTTRACK and follow the instructions to clone the Drupal site. 2. Convert the Dynamic Drupal site following instructions into a Static Website (including all html, css, js, files, etc.) 3. Organize all the necessary HTML, CSS, Images, JAVASCRIPT, and other library files into folders. Note: I want the static design page not the functional dynamic page that only functions if plugged into a server :PHP or MySql. As long as I can style it and change it without using a server, that would be perfect. I will only send you the web link to my live website, once you accept the job and prove to have the skills to clone a drupal site. Pls dont award bfor discus. Disgusted with the overhead for simple text and image change ? Please don't worry sir. We will make you the static html page you want. But sir it will depend on your existing website, if it will be simple task or we need to burn the midnight oil. First thing we need to know the the version of your drupal installation. If your website is drupal 5 then using HTTrack is the solution we can go with. For the higher versions we can use wget for creating static mirror website. For drupal 7 'static' module was useful. But no method will fully automate the process of static website generation. We ill need to make manual changes to make the 'Static Website' work correctly as you want. Easier to manage and easier to change. As easy as typing and clicking. The javascript libraries you used we will put in the js folder as you desired. But sir, we can not give you a blind commitment. What prove you want ? If you want to test us , offer a small project. Sir we are professionals. We can not work free. We do not want see your money drains out.
