Project Overview We are building a video-first property marketplace website focused on one region (e.g. Glasgow). Estate agencies provide us with their listings — we handle all video creation, content posting, and lead forwarding. Think of it as Rightmove + TikTok + Calendly for local real estate. This MVP will include: • A public-facing listings platform (for buyers) • A backend portal (for estate agencies) ⸻ Public-Facing Website Features 1.
