Webhook modification for existing PHP CMS with windows client in C# dot net

Required modification to C# dot net windows client open source and CMS to allow for webhook to perform localised control without calling CMS (work offline essentially after it is authenticated) based on allowed permissions already set from CMS. CMS is also open sourced in php, fully contained in a docker container. The interaction is already there the function not yet implemented fully in the current release but source for interactivity is. This is a proof of concept work, all that is required is simply allow localised control from client side to play something else trigger via another local computer by calling webhook/api via browser. Then auto resume scheduled or default playlist afterwards. If you have experience in kiosk application and digital signage interactivity please get in touch.
