They API We will build Bruno on a JSON-based REST API. The reason is, that the system is way more flexible that way and our clients can access all the information. When they can access the same information as we can, they can send the data directly into their CRM system or access the information through a program. The API will be builded with an access token. The access token gives access to information related to the user. the client can make multiple access tokens. Every access token can be created with rights to read and write or both. Bruno administration - User area (userlist, userprofiles) - Subscriptions and payments. ([login to view URL] will handle our payments and our own system will handle invoices and reciepts. Bruno function list User It’s free to create a user and create up to 500 monitors. Every user needs to fill in some information about them, so we know our clients best. Required fields: - First name - Last name - E-mail Optional fields (until paid subscription - here after these fields are required) - Company name - Address - Zip - City - State - Country - Mobile - Work phone - VAT no. Note: When a user creates a user, they can create a user with facebook and linkedin. Delete user It’s not possible to delete your account. You can suspend it and that will have the same effect for the user. For us, we still have the information and can use it in our statistics. Monitor As a monitor service, this is the absolute most important function. There is lots of services there claim to monitor your services and some of them also works perfectly. Our monitor takes it to the next step, by helping the clients with a great API, integrations and easy management of their monitors. Templates In Bruno you can create templates for new domains. If you always want IP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP and Load time monitoring on your domains, you can add these as a template and these will be created in one automated task, instead of you need to create every one of them every time. If a free user have 499 monitors, they can create whatever they want. All monitors above 500 will not be active before they upgrade. Bulk create You can type in all the domains you want and add a template or a specific monitor for all of them. That saves you lots of time. Billing All free users needs to upgrade if they want more than 500 concurrent monitors. When they upgrade, they will need to fill out the whole profile information page and setup a business card. When the card is charged, the system generates a receipt for the client. On payment fails If there for some reason should be something wrong with the client's card, the monitors they have more than 500 will be suspended. While the client updates the card and payment goes through, the suspension will be removed and monitors is active again.
