Website project ! Bid fast !

This is what needs to be done, i want FAST work and efficient . If this job is done correctly i have many other sites that also need to be done. 1. my website [login to view URL] went down / it was a phpfox website someone tried to combine the backend and make it a vbulletin forum instead of the current phbb. I have a vb license, the website broke. Basically i need this website fixed up or even returned back to the phpbb forum and put back up. - for any good coder this shouldnt be too big of a job. 2. after the website is fixed i then need it transferred to another domain name which is called [login to view URL] 3. then after the transferring is done i then want to put a shopping cart and a forum onto Taekwondo.net. the design of this shopping site has to be solid design looking close to [login to view URL] / if anyone has any ideas to make the forum also a big part of this website that would be great too. scripts are fine, templates are fine. not much custom work needs to be put into the shop site .. more of design will be needed but functionalities scripts are fine as long as they are strong .. bid fast im looking to maintain a long relationship
