whatspp chat integration with DB -

Need a chat functionality to be added in our website. Functionality for Phase 1 of the project. a) Visitor/customer - can start a conversation either in a desktop computer or mobile device. - Customer requests will become tickets - conversation can be followed in whatsapp, a browser window in desktop, or in a browser window in a mobile device - if no operator is available, visitor can leave a message. b) Operator. - See all tickets - Answer tickets in whatsapp, a browser window in desktop, or in a browser window in a mobile device. - Status for a ticket are only open and closed. Operator is able to mark at ticket as closed. c) Tech notes. - All conversations will be hosted in our servers, we provide domain and cpanel login credentials. - Programming Code of this project will be hosted in our server. - Several operators can be added by supervisor role. Each operator will have a unique username and password. Funcionality for phase 2 a) Visitor/customer. Same functionality as described in phase 1, adding: - Conversation can be sent by email to visitor/customer. b) Phase 1 scope is only for 1 operator. For this phase 2 we are considering adding a rol for a supervisor. Then there will be several operator users and several supervisor users. c) Supervisor is able to: - Add / edit / delete operator users. - See all tickets. - Assign a ticket to a operator. d) Operator only will see those tickets are assigned to him. c) Tech notes. - Same tech notes as phase 1.
