WordPress Masonry Grid

I would like someone with WordPress / Visual Composer experience to create a custom Masonry Grid similar to the one listed here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The only modification is that I would like it to be as per attached document. The upload of images and changes of images size within the grid should be EASY. I will need to see a working demo (different size image upload) - on your hosting how that work before you get the job. The grid is to work with smartphone. Video links to work with it. I will delete any bids outside of my guide price and to check that you've read my brief fully you must mention “five star grid coder” in your initial contact. Basic Requirements needed from Developer: H- English Fluency a must (direct communication with programmer) I- Experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, Website Design, Wordpress J- Daily communication of progress (Email or viewable progress on website AND consistent updates through Freelancer for accounting purposes) K- Examples of prior work samples of website and portfolio L- Ability to meet deadlines M- Strong CMS background N- Familiarity with Blog & SEO 1st milestone will be 5% 2nd milestone 10% 3rd milestone (85%) after 100% completion
