Wordpress Plugin for reverse Bidding auction

Hello, i m looking for a wordpress plugin. 1. User System: 1.1 Users can register with woocommerce like always. 2. When they register they are asked if they are Workers or employers 2.1 Everybody can register as an Employe 2.2 If they register as a Worker, they need to be authorized by an admin, before they can use the account 3. Shop 3.1 The employe creates a product on the frontend via woocommerce 3.2 He can choose which category ( created in woocommerce by admin in backend) 3.3 He don t put in a price 3.4 Only a Title and a description 3.5 and a time frame how long the auction is running (calendar system with hours) 4. Shop workers 4.1 After they are authorized (see 2.2) they can bid on projects from the employes. 4.2 they can bid multiple times 4.3 the price and the username is shown in a history under each product for every bid 5. auction end 5.1 auctions ends when the employes time is off or he accepts one offer. 5.2 after the auction ends he have to pay via paypal to the admin the price he choosed 5.3 after the payment confirmation ( you can use woocommerce for confirmation) he is able to contact the worker via PM on the frontend ([login to view URL] for example or other plugins) 5.4 Once the job is finished the worker and the employe can push a "finished" button. 6. review 6.1 the workers have a review page with stars and comments 6.2 only after a job is accepted an employee can rate the worker ( 1-5 stars + comment) 6.3 history of done jobs is shown on workers profile page 7. Shop part 7.1 open job offers are indexed in the categorys and are simple to look through via categories (again simple with woocommerce)
