Wordpress website with GeoDirectory (Supreme Directory theme) using Geodirectory plugin and Woocommerce hidden store.
I am working on a website that is a business directory with a hidden store for business owners.
I have a database of businesses with a unique ID. I need the ID to link multiple functions of the website.
Most important is setting up the private/hidden storefront with woocommerce. I sell customized products to the business owners in our directory. We only have a catalog of 5-10 products but they need to use a function to call the information about the business (using the unique ID that matches the business in the database). Each product image should show 'business name' 'business location' and 'business category' of the logged in business owner. These 3 text fields need to be an overlay on the product image. The amount of text will also need to automatically adjust size to the parameters of the blank space on the product image.
Currently a user can login from the GeoDirectory or from the woocommerce store and they are separate. I need to combine the account functionality so there is only one login option and one "My Account" page. In the account a user should be able to manage all of the order and credit card info as well as the user's directory listing and/or reviews.
Within GeoDirectory, a user can claim a business listing. I need to add a required field for the business "Unique ID". We will use this to authenticate the user as the true business owner. If this was an automated authentication it would be best. This could be done by verifying the business name and unique ID are matched in the database.
I've attached one of our old products to use as a template for the overlay. I've also uploaded two screenshots showing the two different account pages. One is related to the author of a listing in the geodirectory, the other one is related to the account page for woocommerce.
