Check This Link : [login to view URL] I need you to design a basic software which would have a form in the front end like the form given in the above link and form should be easily embedded with any html page as a script. The main task is, upon clickng the submit button of the form, a pdf file should be downloaded. Second, we need a report which would keep on updating with each download & form submission whose columns would be the inputs of the form and there would be a column User's IP which would reflect the IP address of the user. Its a very basic function, you can use any script from the internet to deliver this, however it should fulfil our purpose of report and IP of user. This is just a trial project, we are a company based in New Delhi. We outsource a lot of work. We would not pay any advances. You would create the software and deliver it upon payment release. We can give you many more projects if this is completed asap. We can give you only 1 day's time for this. If you are not comfortable with any of the terms, please dont bid.
