We are publisher of a CRM and invoice system on github. an open source system for freelancers and companies to manager there contact and invoices. Now we want to add to your system a new module. a module to write letters to each contact in the CRM. Our idea is that you use the letter editor like an email client. The user can write to a customer a letter, the system will give each letter or subject a unique ID. After writing the letter the user can chose if he want to send the letter by email as pdf to the person or to print the document and send it by federal mail. The document should be stored in the contact details of the CRM system. To finish a letter are several options "Send letter by Email" ; "Print letter now" ; "Print later" if the user want to print later, then he will finde all letters in a basked where he can print them.
