Hello, I have some questions: - the conversion require the forms also, doe it mean you need it developed to an independent application but the database backend would be postgreSQL? Or you need it as a web based apps? - if an independent apps, would be on Windows based apps? - if a web-based apps, will you consider to use PHP as the scripting? - or you need it as a mobile apps?
