Hello, I can deliver a complete BOM management and release automation solution using SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerApps, Excel, and SPFx within 15 days. Phase 1 – BOM Data Foundation: Centralized Excel BOM files as the source. Power Automate flows will detect new/updated files, extract header and line data, and populate BOM Header, BOM Parts, and Part Master SharePoint lists. A reverse sync flow will update Excel when new parts are added in SharePoint. Phase 2 – Release Management Workflow: Items are created in Draft status. On “Submit for Review,” CN Number validation is enforced. The workflow includes Design Lead and Project Manager approvals with rework handling. After final approval, the Designer selects the release status (Preproduction, Tooling Kick Off, Production), after which the BOM is locked. Phase 4 – BOM Compare: A custom SPFx web part will allow users to compare two BOMs, highlighting added, removed, and quantity-changed parts in a color-coded table.
