I keep a live Excel workbook on SharePoint that the whole team edits throughout the day. I need a Power Automate flow that quietly watches that file and records every detail whenever someone: • edits any cell value • inserts a new column or row • deletes an existing column or row The flow should log each event with the worksheet name, exact location, old value (when applicable), new value, the user who made the change, and a timestamp. All logged items must be stored in a SharePoint list or a dedicated “Change Log” worksheet—whichever is more reliable for large volumes of activity. At 6 PM each day, the flow must compile a clear daily summary email that groups the changes by sheet and user, then send it to my mailbox (I’ll add more recipients later). No notifications are needed at the moment any single change happens; the daily digest is enough. Acceptance criteria 1. A packaged .zip export of the completed flow that I can import into my tenant. 2. Step-by-step setup notes covering required connections, permissions, and how to swap in a different SharePoint site or workbook if needed. 3. Demonstration that the log captures edits, insertions, and deletions accurately and that the 6 PM email arrives with a readable summary table. 4. Everything must run under standard Microsoft 365 licenses—no premium connectors or third-party tools.
