Power Platform Dual-Company Solution

I need a complete Microsoft Power Platform build that lets two separate companies work against the same Dataverse tables without stepping on each other’s toes. Company A, the software owner, will work through a Power Apps Canvas App. The app must handle smooth data entry, at-a-glance visualisation of key metrics, and ready-to-export reporting tools. Company B will come in through a branded Power Pages site with up to 50 named users. Their scope is lighter: they must be able to add new records and view existing ones, but not generate reports. The site should respect Dataverse security roles so each user only sees what they are meant to. Because both front ends touch the same data, I also need a set of Power Automate flows to keep everything perfectly in sync—think create / update / delete events bubbling instantly to either side.
