Looking for Power App expert.

I need a straightforward canvas Power App that lets my team capture information in the field, validate it on-screen, and save every entry to both a SharePoint list and the corresponding Dataverse table. The focus is data collection only—no complex workflows or analytics at this stage—so speed, usability, and reliable data storage are the priorities. I already have the SharePoint site structure and an empty Dataverse environment; what’s missing is the app itself: a clean form, responsive layout, basic conditional formatting, and simple lookup fields where needed. A short Power Automate flow to confirm that data reaches both sources without duplication will round things off. Show me your experience building similar Power Apps that connect to SharePoint and Dataverse, and include any examples where you solved offline capture, responsive design, or multi-source saving issues. Once we agree on the data schema I’ll provide column names, choice sets, and access credentials so you can start right away. Deliverable: • A fully functional Power App file (.msapp) published to my tenant, tested and ready for use, with a companion flow (if required) to keep SharePoint and Dataverse perfectly in sync.
