Prestashop voucher system

PLEASE, READ CAREFULLY BEFORE TAKING THE PROJECT OR GIVE ESTIMATE. We need a module to create voucher codes. These vouchers must be done in a special way. We need them to make with not fixed discount percentage. Depending on each product and country delivery, this discount may [login to view URL] is why: There should be added a variable to each product file that we can batch set up by category. This variable should define a maximum discount that can be done to each product. This way , when a customer makes an order on a product that can get a 20% discount the voucher code that this cosumer gets is a 20% when used in his cart. But, if the product has got a 10% discount for this customer country, the voucher should be for a 10% so he will get a complete 20%. Meaning he gets 10% because product is already discounted for this country, and then he will get another 10% off by using the voucher. Plus, this module should send an email with the voucher code to the registered email if the cart is abandoned explaining how to use it and the money that can save by using this voucher in that cart he left.
