Evening Newspaper Paginator

I’m looking for a skilled Adobe InDesign paginator who can jump in each evening from 6 pm – 9 pm to assemble full newspaper pages for the titles we digitise at Lead Logic Digital Hub. Your main task is to combine mixed content—editorial articles and advertisements—into a clean, traditional newspaper layout, then package and export final PDFs ready for press and web. During every shift you’ll receive text, photos, illustrations and ad materials through our shared drive. I’ll expect you to: • flow the copy, size and place the ads exactly as marked on the plan • balance headlines, body text, photos and illustrations so pages feel visually engaging yet classic • slot in designated editorial sections without disrupting the ad grid • run a quick spell-check and pre-flight in InDesign, then export print-ready and web-optimized PDFs before sign-off at 9 pm sharp Should have a sound knowledge on Kannada Language. Consistency, accuracy and speed are crucial; missed cut-off times or layout errors delay the whole press run. If you have a background in traditional print pagination and know your way around style sheets, master pages and last-minute ad swaps, you’ll feel right at home.
