About Us Zen Living Well at Home is a specialist home support service for older adults. We provide calm, respectful, non-medical support that helps people live safely and independently in their own homes. Our unique approach — Zen Home Presence — offers a trusted presence in the home while keeping families reassured through structured updates after every visit. We are not a care agency and not a standard cleaning company. We sit between the two, offering preventative, wellbeing-focused support. What We Need We are looking for a UK-based designer to create: A4 Flyer (Front only) – for printing and local distribution A4 or Tri-fold Brochure – for professionals (hospitals, solicitors, GPs, families) Both must be: Print-ready (high resolution, correct bleed, CMYK) Supplied in editable format (Canva preferred, or Adobe InDesign) Consistent in branding and style Target Audience Adult children (aged 40–65) with ageing parents Hospital discharge teams Solicitors (Wills, Probate, Power of Attorney) Healthcare professionals Families seeking reassurance and support Key Message We provide: “A trusted presence in the home — quietly supporting the individual and reassuring the family.” Tone & Style Calm, premium, reassuring Clean and modern (not clinical) Soft colours (sage greens, neutrals) Plenty of white space Avoid stock imagery that feels staged or “care home” style Content (We Will Provide) We will supply: Full written content (flyer + brochure text) Logo Brand wording and structure Service descriptions Example layout direction You will be responsible for: Layout design Visual hierarchy Icon usage Image selection Creating a cohesive, professional finish Design Direction The materials should clearly communicate: Our Home Presence concept (USP) Our non-medical positioning Our family reassurance model (visit reports) Our post-hospital support offering The design should feel: Trustworthy Professional Calm and human Premium but accessible Deliverables A4 Flyer (Print + digital PDF) A4 or tri-fold brochure (Print + digital PDF) Editable source files (Canva or Adobe) Print-ready files with bleed and crop marks Experience Required UK-based designer preferred Experience in: Healthcare / wellbeing / lifestyle brands Professional service brochures Print design Please include: Portfolio examples (flyers, brochures, similar work) Confirmation of tools used (Canva / Adobe) Estimated turnaround time Timeline We are looking to begin immediately and complete within 5–7 days. Budget Open to proposals based on experience and quality of work. Additional Notes This is an important project for a new service launch, so we are looking for someone who understands: emotional communication (reassurance, trust) simplicity over clutter premium but understated design There is potential for ongoing design work (social media, additional materials, website visuals).
