For some of my projects, I'm also doing the physical prototype too. I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years of experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. I would like to work on your project, but I really need some/more info about it... 1 - for the stamping process, you will need the 3d model of the part, the flat pattern for the sheet, and the base/head for the staping press 2 - besides the 2d image of the miniature, will need to know the dimensions, thickness of the sheet, material used, etc 3 - for the assembling the parts method, I'm sure I can come up withj a solution, but not right now, as the project has very specific requirements.
