Simple Bulk Find & Replace Program for Mac OS. Replace plant name with hyperlinked name

Program to run on a mac. I export a list of plants with quantities and prices from software called vend. Paste this list into gmail and then manually create hyperlinks for each plant name that will take client to the relevant page on our website. I want a program that will replace the plant names (keeping the quantities and prices alone) with code required to make it a hyper link once pasted into gmail. I want the bulk find and replace program to use a master file with comma or tab delineated list of the plant name and the code it will be replaced with to create hyper link. an example might be: Hebe sutherlandii,<a href="[login to view URL]">Hebe sutherlandii</a><br> I have used a comma to seperate Hebe sutherlandii and the html I have been creating a list like this using excel which i put into notepad (windows) then change the file extension to from .txt to .html I tehn open it in a browser and cut and paste to gmail and plant names show as blue hyperlinks to website. input file will look something like the following: 6 x Hebe sutherlandii@ £18.50 = £111 1 x Fatsia japonica = £119.5 2 x Imperata cylindrica 'Red Baron'@ £16.50 = £33 4 x Hebe parviflora angustifolia (or H. stenophylla)@ £24.50 = £98 6 x Hebe sutherlandii@ £18.50 = £111 1 x Fatsia japonica = £119.5 2 x Imperata cylindrica 'Red Baron'@ £16.50 = £33 4 x Hebe parviflora angustifolia (or H. stenophylla)@ £24.50 = £98 I want a program to bulk change all plant names to hyperlinks using a master file. if I can browse to the file to do the bulk find and replace on that would be great and specify the location of the master file which program remembers. so i only need one. If program creates a .html file out put int he same folder as the find to do the find and replace on that would be perfect then I can open the output file in browser and paste into gmail or if it put all code needed into a text file that would work
