GeM Portal Bid Specialist

I run a small software consulting practice and regularly pursue Government CRM, ERP, custom apps (GeM) tenders, mostly for custom web application development and customer service focused mobile app. I’m now ready to bring in an experienced bidder who can take over the full bid cycle on a freelance or part-time basis. Your job will be to watch the portal for suitable opportunities, prepare compliant technical and financial documents, upload everything with the correct DSC, and follow through until the tender is awarded or closed. Please show verifiable past work on GeM—tender IDs, award letters, or similar proof—so I can quickly gauge your success rate. Key responsibilities • Identify and shortlist software-development RFPs that fit our capabilities • Draft and submit winning bids, ensuring every clause is covered • Handle all clarifications, revisions, and portal communications • Keep a simple tracker so I can monitor status in real time Acceptance criteria • At least one qualified bid submitted each week • Zero rejections caused by documentation or procedural errors If you know the GeM workflow inside out and can commit a few focused hours most days, let’s collaborate and start winning more projects together.
