I’m looking for a reliable and organised virtual assistant to help support a busy household and small business environment. Tasks may include: * creating Facebook Marketplace listings from provided photos/info * organising photos/files/folders * updating spreadsheets and trackers * relisting expired Marketplace ads * tracking sold items * organising receipts/screenshots/documents * subscription/bill tracking * creating checklists and recurring admin systems * general virtual assistant support This is an ongoing role starting with smaller milestone-based tasks before moving into recurring work if it’s a good fit. You should be: * organised and detail-oriented * comfortable following systems/checklists * proactive with reminders/follow-up * reliable with communication and deadlines * comfortable asking questions if unsure I manage multiple projects/businesses at once, so I need someone who can help keep tasks moving and follow up when information/files/approvals are missing.
