I need a knowledgeable, well-connected professional who is physically in Peru and already accustomed to working with local mining cooperatives. Your mission is to move a batch of silver concentrate from mine gate or silver concentrate supplier to CIF, keeping me fully informed at every step and ensuring all commercial, technical, logistical, and legal details are airtight. Key focus areas • Locate and vet reliable cooperative or small-scale mine suppliers that can meet our grade and volume requirements. • Oversee on-site sampling and coordinate third-party assays to confirm silver content and penalties. • Negotiate pricing and payment terms directly with the cooperative or trader, securing the most competitive net-back. • Handle all export logistics: SUNAT permissions, transport to port, coordination with SGS (or equivalent) for final inspection, and preparation of commercial invoice, BL, COA, and any other mandatory documents. • Supervise the full chain until the cargo is loaded and the ship’s rail is crossed, providing real-time updates, photos, and copies of documents along the way. • Step in with any other task that keeps the operation on schedule and in compliance with Peruvian and export destination regulations. Deliverables 1. Short-list of vetted suppliers with assay summaries and proposed terms. 2. Signed purchase contract and agreed logistics plan. 3. Complete export documentation package ready according to all Peruvian and export destination requirements. 4. Dated photo and video evidence of loading plus final SGS (or equivalent) inspection report. 5. End-of-mission report outlining results, challenges, and recommendations for the next shipment.
