With expanding operations in the Middle East, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute our mystery audit projects. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager based in Saudi Arabia or the UAE to manage end-to-end audit operations. The role includes coordinating with freelance auditors, assigning audits, ensuring timely report submissions, and maintaining strong communication with client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Manage, schedule, and assign mystery audits across various locations. • Coordinate with freelance auditors for briefings, timelines, and deliverables. • Review audit outputs and ensure reports are submitted accurately and on time. • Share completed reports with clients and maintain documentation. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. • Track project progress, maintain dashboards, and escalate issues as needed. • Ensure audit quality and adherence to client guidelines. • Conduct regular follow-ups with auditors and clients. • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new auditors when required. Requirements • Based in Saudi Arabia or UAE. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. • Ability to handle multi-location projects with tight timelines. • Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage. • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
