Overview:
I am in need of a freelancer who can help me schedule my construction business appointments on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing business appointments efficiently and effectively. Must be available from 8am pacific time through 5pm pacific time. Calls must be done within a few minuted after they appear in CRM system.
Requirements:

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and avoid conflicts
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and stakeholders

Appointment Reminders and Follow-ups:
- The freelancer should be able to set up appointment reminders and follow-ups to ensure timely attendance and minimize no-shows.
- Reminders should be sent via email, text message, or any other preferred method by the client.
- Follow-ups should be done to confirm appointments and address any changes or cancellations.
Scheduling Frequency:
- The appointments should be scheduled on a daily basis to ensure a streamlined workflow and efficient time management.
- The freelancer should be able to handle a high volume of appointments and manage any changes or rescheduling requests promptly.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in scheduling business appointments, preferably in a similar industry or role

- Understanding of construction terms
