Smartsheet Project Management Setup

I need an experienced Smartsheet user to turn my current project information into an organised, easy-to-maintain workspace dedicated to project management. The focus is entirely inside Smartsheet—no external tool integrations are required—so every schedule, task list, and status update should live in one place. Here’s what I’d like to achieve: • Create a set of project sheets that capture tasks, owners, due dates, dependencies, and Gantt timelines. • Configure views and dashboards that let me track progress quickly and share status with stakeholders. • Suggest and implement Smartsheet automations where they make sense (alerts, reminders, update requests) to keep work flowing without manual follow-up. • Produce a brief hand-off guide or walkthrough video so my team can maintain the setup on our own. Acceptance criteria: – All sheets use consistent column structures and formulas that match our workflow. – Dashboards pull live metrics (percent complete, at-risk tasks, upcoming milestones) without manual refresh. – Automations trigger correctly when dates or statuses change. – Final deliverables are shared in my Smartsheet account with owner permissions transferred.
