I’m a first-year BBA student with a serious passion for technology and project management, and I want to turn that enthusiasm into hands-on skill. To do so, I’m looking for an experienced tech-sector project manager who can mentor me while assigning real, task-coordination work on an active project. Here’s what I’m hoping for: you’ll let me step in as a junior coordinator—tracking tasks, updating boards, and keeping small deliverables on schedule—while you guide me on best practices. Think of it as a paid micro-internship: I put in the effort, you get reliable help with the day-to-day follow-through, and I learn how a professional tech project actually runs. Ideal flow • You onboard me to the current sprint or workstream, introduce the tools you use (Jira, Trello, Asana or similar), and outline the immediate coordination needs. • I maintain task lists, chase blockers, and prepare concise status updates you can forward to stakeholders. • Once a week we review progress: you offer feedback on my approach, clarify any concepts, and tee up the next batch of coordination tasks. Acceptance criteria 1. A shared workspace set up with clear task ownership and deadlines. 2. Weekly feedback sessions (30–45 min) recorded or summarized for my reference. 3. A final evaluation of my performance and areas to improve so I can document genuine experience on my résumé. If you like the idea of grooming a motivated junior while offloading some coordination overhead, let’s get started.
