The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing properties on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO, with a strong grasp of operational workflows, pricing strategies, and guest experience management. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end operations of short-term rental properties Optimize pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue Oversee calendar and booking management across multiple platforms Handle guest communication, ensuring prompt, professional, and high-quality interactions Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendor services remotely Maintain smooth operational workflows from booking to check-out Monitor property performance and suggest improvements Ensure compliance with international rental regulations and industry best practices Requirements: Proven experience managing short-term rental properties (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) Strong operational understanding of pricing optimization, calendar and booking management, guest communication, and end-to-end workflows Familiarity with property management tools such as Guesty or Smoobu (considered an advantage) Awareness of international rental regulations and industry best practices Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously
