Hallo there, I am Bilha, I know I have the necessary expertise to complete your job timely and as per your preferences. I work in a civil engineering design office for my day job and I have so far done more than six bill of quantities for different projects for the firm. These projects range from small buildings to large complexes. I have also mastered the art of proposal writing for construction firm; I can comfortably do both the technical and financial proposals as well as other written documents such as Expression of Interest documents. I have adequate knowledge on estimating both horizontal and vertical projects as I am an office engineer, and one of my responsibilities are estimating project cost, including material and labor cost.

I have worked extensively on proposals, but not specific to the areas that you have mentioned. If you can share some BP's and share a How To guide, shouldn't be a problem for me. But I have strong industry experience in proposal writing and preparing winning contents for the same. Thanks

Good Afternoon, I believe I would be beneficial in providing accurate takeoffs for your projects with a very quick turnaround. I am familiar with the construction industry, providing estimates for all materials on large projects including apartment developments. I have my own licences for Planswift and Blubeam Revu, and use both software packages fluently. Part of my experience in estimating has afforded me the opportunity to generate templates for various materials, including the supply and installation of drywall to timber framed structures and pricing them according to a subcontractors schedule of rates. I am also able to apply these skills to providing quantities for elements such as painting, and regularly perform freelance work for an Australian commercial painter - recent jobs have included a retail outlet for a fashion brand, a tile warehouse and a rest stop.
