Custom AI Bot needed to automate work flow in existing app ( AI and ML )

Would need an expert with AI bot creation ability to join an existing team which is working on the following project. 1) Bot to be integrated into the app to handle custom work flows 2) Bot which interfaces with app front end and learns based on conversations 3) Bot to identify resume with job description and show best matches 4) Bot to handle assessments of applicants technically and cognitively 5) Bot should be able to schedule interviews with interested job applicants 6) Bot to onboard new employees and reduce work for employers 7) Bot should be able to do admin work to reduce employers ( reminders/tasks/assignments )
