I have an ORB strategy and want it to be automated through Kite Python API. My requirements are summarized as follows: 1. Range.. 0920-0925 2. If VIX is less than 15 then set quantity 180 (. I.e. 60/60/60) and VIX is greater than 15 and less than 22 set quantity 120 (i.e. 40/40/40) and if VIX greater than 22 set quantity 60 (i.e. 20/20/20) 3. Select the CE/PE Strikes based on their premium and Day in the present expiry. Fri : 180-220 Mon : 180-220 Tue : 210-240 Wed : 150-180 Thu : 150-180 4. Sell 3 lots of options whichever breaks Low of Range. Profit Booking : Targets, at 8% 1 lot, 16 % 1 lot and 24% 1 Lot Loss Booking : (a) Market reverses and didn't hit any target. Stop Loss 12% All exit. (b) Target 1 Hit, if price moved to Range Low.. then exit 1 lot and again reached initial 12% stop loss then exit 3rd lot. (c) Target 1 Hit, if price moved to Range Low.. then exit 1 lot and price moved towards target 2 then exit third lot. (d) Target 1 Hit and Target 2 Hit... Price moved to Range Low then exit third Lot. 5. If the DAY is thursday i.e. On Expiry Day, Upto 1pm strikes to be from Present Expiry and after 1pm Algo should select Strikes from Next Expiry 6. I need code to be in Python and if you can provide some type of desktop application or web interface, it will be more helpful. 7. I should be able to VIX Range, configure quantity, profit taking percentage and Stop Loss. Either they should be configured from a text or from an user interface. 8. You need to provide complete source code. Also some tested scenarios with dummy data. Commenting must be done in the code and logs must be maintained. 9. Provision to run this algo against a local database or quotes in text files. 10. Orders executed are to be logged in text files. 11. Plan is to host in cloud (AWS or Google). As of now, system will be deployed locally. My budget is around Rs. 8000/-

Hi as a chartered accountant with edge in data science I myself do algo trading and that too through Zerodha via python scripts. So if you want to create your trading bot that would automatically run at market opening or defined time and take trades based in conditions specified (in this case Opening Range Breakout Strategy), do let me do the job that is scripting part. Regarding, web - page based dashboard it can be added easily with SQL and php page to fetch data from Zerodha via their api and storing data from python scripts in sql. Although not recommended unless algo is hosted in cloud as in standalone PC it will unnecessarily require localhost server (WAMP) and data connection to fetch data from Zerodha which you can anyway do from Kite Dashboard and by generating alerts in python script itself without slowing your PC.
