I hope to develop software that wins odds with JRA-PAT(Japan Horse Racing, betting site), narrows down the horses to buy, and compares them with the virtual odds obtained from my betting ticket theory.
For example, in a horse race on Sunday, in advance data entry should be completed by CSV etc. on the previous Saturday.
It is to get the odds just 10 minutes before the start of each race on Sunday and compare it with the virtual odds calculated in advance, and to automatically purchase the betting ticket for the designated purchase points and points.

The horse with the largest [Diff] is used as the axis horse, and a winning betting ticket is purchased. In the example, the 4th horse is the biggest difference, so it seems that the specified amount of money is automatically voted.
As described above, the horse number and virtual odds are compared in advance, the odds of 10 minutes before the race are taken in, and the difference between the imported odds and the costume odds is subtracted, and the horse with the largest difference automatically votes. It's soft.
■ Others, supplements, requests, etc.
Not only is the difference in purchase decision maximum [Diff] as maximum different, but you can also purchase a second or third horse, or a ratio other than [Rate] (for example, horse no.2 is 8/5 = 1.6, The horse No. 4 is 20/16 = 1.25, and 2 is the maximum in point of view of ratio/[Rate]), etc., and you can select wide and horse run as well as betting tickets. If you can only make simple setting changes like this, no other customization is required.
The budget is set at 250 to 750 USD, but if you make the software I want, I will also add rewards. Basically, I think that it is python selenium because it is the IPAT specification as in reference 1, but of course other implementation methods are also possible.
