ML model and deployment

Need an algorithm for price prediction for cell phone dataset and deploy that model with any cloud provider. (Most likely we need knn and one hot encoder) Please have a look at the data. (we dont need link and title) Need cloud end point api so that we can get predictions by sending some test data to that end point of already trained and deployed ML model. **most of our data is non numeric.
