I need a coder for Fan¢oin app

Python, Apache and MySQL. Is required knowledge. I need a YouTube style prototype. At fan¢oin we have created an idea that is innovative within the user brand relationship experience when it comes to advertising to users/consumers. I have developed a business process that would be peer to peer created media for large corporations that would entice consumers to want to watch and absorb self-made media/commercials and prompt aforementioned users to make purchases outside of their selected brands. In a nutshell this would be low priced advertisement with a large gain for large brands. I have created a model that could have the business profitable easily within the first six months to one year.
