Need a facial recognition server

A facial recognition server is required. This server should run using Python (can be compiled with Cython or similars) and be able to recognize individual faces.
The app should be able to have a socket connection to a webcam or IP cam, get the feed, process it, and deliver the processed video as a response. Video feed should be watchable by generating an unique address (for example, if code XYZWW was given to the feed, i should be able to see the video feed at [login to view URL]).
use of GRPC is a plus.
High processing speed is required, as the app will be used to work with large volumes of data.
