Need Help installing "arcgis api for python" using docker on Linux so tha tit will work with my existing configuration of Jupyter.

I am having trouble using a pip3 install of Arcgis. I already have Jupyter and many other software programs running on my system, but there si something wrong with the configuration and I can't get arcgis to work. [login to view URL] I'm wondering if someone can help me install with docker and be able to access it with my existing install of jupyter. We would need to screen share and probably talk.
