Very simple project. I have a csv file with one column. The column contains a value of either 1 or -1. I want to do the following: Simply Calculate 3 metrics: 1. The minimum number of row counts it takes before a signal to change from 1 to -1 (or vice versa, -1 to 1) 2. The maximum number of row counts it takes before a signal to change from 1 to -1 (or vice versa, -1 to 1) 3. The average number of row counts it takes before a signal changes from 1 to -1 (or vice versa, -1 to 1)
