Hello, I need to know what device which is handling your GSM connection. Is it USB based GSM Module or UART based module? Or it is mounted to specific dev on your raspberry? For USSR activation you simply send AT+CUSD prefix to your device which is followed the command you want. And you should read the device response for getting the result. That's the way for your project solution. I have my own raspi 4B and USB GSM Modem, so I would be easy to code your project.
