Hey I would like to do the project for you. I already got an ready system using the Python framework "Pyramid" with a Login and Permission system. It might need a lit of work depending on how you intend the Authentication system. I'm not quite sure what kind of data will be handled and what kind of Interface you would like to create and assign the data. I do unlimited iterations until you are satisfied with the project.
